Dear Alamgeer,I do somewhat agree that social media has become more influential than any other communication outlets. However, you must evaluate your target market before making that assumption. If your target market mostly consists Gen Y (millennials) and Gen Z (post-millennials) then you statement would more likely be correct. Good luck

I think that it depends on which audience you are trying to reach.  But I strongly believe that there are many customers out there that want to hear about the product/service from the organization since it is the highest source of authority and accuracy.  The measurement of efficiency, quality, grade, and usefullness will come from those who are familiar with your product/service hence word or mouth which takes place on all Social Media platforms.
