Every person needs appreciates Just saying Good Job or well done with a smile can do the trick and make employees work hard and thereby improve their own performance. secondly is the respect for the individual. and thirdly an environment in which the employee can work freely and which supports their creativity.

All actions to give human touch which are freely available would be the least and smallest things one could do see the wonders working and feel its after affects. Resulting into TRUST, INTER-DEPENDENCY, BONDING and COMMUNICATION FLOW.
