Its always a good habit to have a To do list to track our activities within our self to development an attitude of sense of responsibility and accountability. Also adding the priority to the task and working upon them on need and requirement basis will definitely added advantage, sure the boss will appreciate the good and planned way of working on things. Thanks.

In our organization we use BPR business process re-engendering and ISO principles.  Every individual assigned to specific responsibility and all employees are organized in team sprite  and to fill the gap and supportive to each other in daily activities beside individual duties and responsibilities. the leader is there to support and encourage the team and to solve if any problem might --.

In our organisation we use different tools to keep accountability for every resource. specifically to keep track of to-do list or the task assignment and the progress on different task we use a tool called Jira from Atlassian this not just help in keeping track of the work done but also it keep track of all the communication related to a particular task and each employee is able to log their work to be used for employee assessment at the time of appraisals.
