In this era of robotic innovation, which human element do you think would be impossible to replicate?

Human intelligence has long been rivaled by savvy computer software and most manual labor has been replaced since the industrial revolution with robotic technology.  The trend is to come up with perfect duplication of human ability.  Which elements of the human mind do you think are impossible to reproduce?

In my opinion human beings are becoming more robotic with rise of excess technology.Gadgets are controlling the minds.However agree with the answer above

I think it would have to be emotion. Human emotion negates a lot of what we do and how we do it. A robot cannot understand empathy and cannot adjust it's actions accordingly. Emotion is a beautiful and powerful thing...no robot can learn that.

I believe that one day computer intelligence would take place of Human Intelligence but spirit(soul) is impossible to replicate.
