there is no way to do this in Mail and i don,t restore any information future
Your email application is separate to your operating system. The recycle bin is used for files you delete, for example when browsing with Windows explorer. The deleted items in Outlook is used to store deleted emails, which I guess you could think of as a recycle bin for your emails.
