Dear Yvan thanks for inviting, I think which make the difference, is to be able to work under pressure, able to deal and handle with many projects in the same time.

If you are only after creativity, go for someone who has a flair for music/art/photography etc.
of any form.
They can bring ideas out of the blue.
The main skill would be dreaming, but you can't ask a candidate that, instead you can ask him/her if he/she is a hardworker/smartworker.
Smartworkers are often creative and you know why.

• Communication skills Do you express yourself well, both in written and oral? If these qualities are important to the function you desire, feel free to indicate it in your resume. If you are applying for a job for which you will be required to give oral presentations and have often practiced this exercise during your previous experiments, be sure to mention it in your resume. • Social abilities Do you like to work with other people and you easily create human relationships? This is a skill to put forward, especially for sales or managerial positions, for example. Do you apply for a job where you will not be in direct contact with clients? In this case, it is not necessary to mention this competency in your CV. • Managerial skills You have experience in team management? Add this line to your resume, especially if you are applying as a manager. And why not further detail your managerial style? • efficiency Employers look for motivated workers who do not shy away from the effort. Are you motivated and involved? You do not stop until you finish your work? Include it in your resume. • efficiency This quality is important in many functions. Are you adapting easily to changes? Write it down in your CV and / or cover letter. • Diplomacy It happens to all of us not to agree with one of our colleagues. But how do you manage this situation? Are you open to the advice of others? Are you able to put on gloves when you explain your point of view? If this is the case, add this skill to your resume. • Decision-making capacity
