Process governance is part of the corporate governance system , corporate governance principles should be reflected in all organization activities , corporate governance deal with the way the organization direct, control and monitor and its the responsibility of the government to set a proper legal framework to ensure applying the principles of the corporate governance and its the responsibility of the board to ensure the application of the corporate governance and cascade it down to the processes.
