Quality and Quantity are the two factors which are always in parallel with each other. Market research itself is based on Quality, where you measure the potential of quality and quantity both from the market. 

The quality depends on the research objectives, methodology, and target market. What research measure have been adopted. Research Quality is being measure with the number of variables you have selected and number of respondents, if these are appropriately selected you will easily judge the quality of research.
