Do you use certain indicator to determine who is a good and who is performance? A person can be a good sales man but not a performance one and vice versa. How do you make the distinction and how do you recognize them?
based on my experience and many other successful sales people, we should carry the following five traits:
1. Assertiveness
2. Problem solving
3. Self - Awareness
4. Optimism
5. Empathy
to be a good sales man you have also to perform very well. That is why both of these word should not be separated because you can not be goodif you don't perform well.

The preference one of the major things in the sales person so the good sales must preform very well, so you cant be a good sales if you dont perform in a good way
A person who is doing a job with his available skills will be defined as a performer. And what skills he has to perform will be as performance.
good performance is that the sales man can reach his target and sometimes exceed. bad sales man should be fired if s/he never learn.
