I think the best think which really control employees and make them work effectivly and cost nothing is the frequently appraIslas yearly or half yearly , if the employee knows that he might lose his job or might be promoted for a raise he will control himself

Thanks for the invite. Effective ways for internal control in small companies differ from one line of business to another. But generally having inter department linkage will do best since much of functions in one way or another need approval from the manager/owner. Internal Controls though have some principles and guidelines to follow, they are not always similar for all companies.

Thanks for invite , there are two stream of control : staff - money , those two have many ways to control them , one the administration afair - HR - second is interial audit with their tools and means that remaining to control every thing in interial co. envernoment
