Sensor is device that senses a physical property such as temperature, pressure.

A transducer is a device that converts one form of energy to another by relating the physical quantity to resistance.

Transmitter is an electro-mechanical device that measures the equivalent current relating to the resistance generated by the transducer, amplifying it and transmitting same to the control system.

Hence the difference between transducer sensor and transmitter sensor is clear.

Transducers transmit mV signals to controllers while transmitters emitts mA signals with respect to sensor's output set point deviation.

Sensor is a device that  detects and responds to an input change from the physical environment. A transducer is a device that converts physical variations such as pressure or temperature in to electrical signals. All sensors are most always transducers  but all transducers  need not necessarily be sensors.

A transmitter is a set of equipment that can generate or transmit electromagnetic waves carrying radio or television signals.

So the main difference  between a transducer sensor and a transmitter sensor is that the former can detect and respond to change in input and also convert it in to an electrical signal whereas the latter can detect  and respond to change in the input and can only transmit it with the help of a transmitter

I believe transducer sensor converts physical characteristics (sound, temperature, light etc.) into voltage while transmitter sensor measures the physical characteristic by measuring the change in transmitted signal(e.g. infra red temperature sensor).
