Why it is difficult for many employers to employ someone who is above 35 years?

Candidates of+ ages could not be considered for one or more of the following reasons:

1- could be over-qualified.

2- could expect higher salary.

3- if his/her experience seems to be acquirable in younger age, this could be a sign of poor quality / potentials of growth.

Perhaps it depends on the company you are recruiting for/working for. It is pretty obvious that a candidate with experience over years after crossing the border line of being a career beginner would look an employer who can provide him a challenging role with sustainability for at least5 years wherein a small size/new startup company is a risky option to go with..

It is from my personal experience.
