1. Leadership & Management overlap2. Each entails a unique set of activities3. At times, leaders may manage and managers may lead4. each of us can learn to manage, but not everyone can become a leader
In my opinion No1 is not correct because overlapping of Management and Leadership is not always there.
In my opinion1 and3 are not true. Leasership and management do not overlap and leaders may manage but managers can't necessarily lead.
I dont agree with number one, because leadership and management at some times never overlap100%.
in my opinion NO.1 is not true. a leader is always consistent but managers change with waves
No overlapping relation between management and leadership.
I do agree with the answer that answer number2 is not true.
I think No.2 is not true
Dear Joefil Jocson:
It is clear that, each of them has a unique set of activities, some time managers might be leaders and leaders might be best managers, so it is also right and number four is too right. But what about number one: Overlap mean that two things are fix each other wich conflicts number two, and it is impossibel for leadership and management to overlap, or even in nature, there are not two things have been overlaped. So I recommend you the first one.
Hope you the best response.
Thank you
