Flexible working hours and confidence.
The most important is to get the work done, and it gets done when ppl can affect their own work and time when they work.

in our case(that is our company) we provide staff transport,we also have cloaking system in place, and flexible working hours(shift planning)but the best of all is we set principles that all abide with.e.g the HR manual clearly states the reporting time. problem solving is usually handled at sectional level(supervisors) but it escalates to HR in case of deadlock.
