Participative leadership is a managerial style that invites input from employees on all company decisions.The staff is given pertinent information regarding company issues, and a majority vote determines the course of action the company will take.

This style of Leadership participates in many ways on the organisation staff performance;

Like 

Acceptance :staff will more readily accept policies and decisions that were reached by general consensus.This cuts down the resistance that new company policies will experience and speeds up the process of implementing of new ideas.

 

Retention :A participative style of leadership offers staffs more than just the opportunity to improve their income through good performance. It give the chance to the staffs to be active in determining the future success of the company.

Creativity : Participative leadership empowers employees to use their creativity to develop more productive work processes and make the company more efficient.
