In my view following factors affect sc
1. Raw material and supplies availability e.g in there were floods in Thailand which inundated Honda assembly plant there. Owing to this developments vehicle deliveries got delayed by8months in Pakistan as parts supply chain got severely affected.
2. Changes in rugulatory duties and import tariff
3. immediate increase in demand of finished goods owing to any external factor.
4. Strikes or labour related issues
5. Violation of govt laws e.g. Recent VW scandal in USA regarding understatement of vehicle emission monitoring system.
