As a staff,I'll tell her/him my name,from the company,and ask about their enquiry.if I'll be able to answer them,I will.if not,I will ask for their numbers and call them later to answer them.

as a employee, i would answer the phone in professionally by introducing myself and the name of the company then i would ask him or her how i can help and if he or she ask the questions and inquiries and i answer them in the professionally and make sure that the client is satisfied with the answer
Starting with greetings, Inform my Name, Company Name and reason for call. Then Ask if he/she is interested in my company's product? If yes, Confirm whether if it is the right time to explain now? If Yes, fine, If not will ask what time is suitable for him/her. If not interested in Product, would thanks for this time and ask for any reference if he/she know whoever in their circle would be interested. Close with appreciation and thanks.
