I've seen that on several occasion as a former lecturer in the Technical institute were i taught for almost three years. during this period many graduates were coming from University for them to teach in the institute but they couldn't make it up as a graduate. To my little understanding employers should also thinking of this areas. all what to do is, the employers need to recruit technicians to be an assets to wards development for any works-life. because they can be used in any shape of form they can be as administrator, finance, fleet manager, etc.
