Whom is better to take the change of management a male or a female i might prefer masculine person for not depending on feelings But still?

Irrespective of the gender, change is difficult ( in the short term) to manage.  For eg.  if you are right handed person, try writing  using your left hand ( and vice versa) .  I think there are no gender related change management studies, that can prove one is better than the other.

Lead a change has 2 key challenges. Have an inspiring leader who can take necessary actions to make it happen and techniques to drive change through people mindset. I guess women will focus more on people at first and men in results for the business but un the end, both can drive the change.

Male only, if required work a assistant any female for certain areas implement the process. Scope of work will decide what extend can move. Basically expertaize will decide the things in a proper structures

Nevertheless under estimate to both, because both have ability to absorb the changes made by management , Mostly changes occur when something extra needed or something went wrong.
