Can I offset one line into both sides with one command?

command: O

enter the distance

type "m" ie multiple

and click in which side you want to offset the object..

each click in any side will give you one copy of the object.

try this.

No but the parallel line can be drawn using it as a centre line

Click and drag downloaded LISP file to AutoCAD workspace -> Click "Always load this application" -> click "Load"

 

Use command "oo"  (o as in offset) for your need.

Yes ,with Offset command shortcut key is 'O'.

yea sure u can offset one parallel line either side by just using command O and clicking on that line and offset on both side
