You organize games that are based on speaking roles. You write this question on board: "what do you want to become in the future?" And start from the first student on your right arm and he leads the role to the one next to him and so on.

You can ask them to talk about their experiences for example when they went to vacation, goals, memories in the school, job, a party, etc. Students are motivated and interested in sharing their experiences.
