What is the most important thing to be a school teacher? Experience or the skill to handle the young learners and to understand their psychology?
When I was about to graduate I thought I do not have what it takes to be a good teacher. What makes me think I am a good teacher? My students say so. What makes them think I am a good teacher? Both experience and understanding them. The knowledge you have gained from your school is nothing if you cannot apply it in real-life situations. On the other hand, if you do not adjust to their needs you cannot apply what you know: everything is going to be useless. Use the knowledge and skills you have acquired from your school as a guide. The books can only tell so much. Nothing is permanent but change. Learning occurs when students are having fun.
the most important thing is to have self confidence and to know how to react with learners besides it's worth mantioning that you should share the information sofetly and kindly
