The main modules of a CRM system may include:

•Marketing

•Sales

•Service Desk

•Inventory.

Is a company's interaction with existing customers and future administration. This works to record customer data history with the company in order to improve the best business relationships with customers, with a particular focus on customer retention, in order to drive sales growth if the sales and this is an important approach aspects is the CRM systems that collect information from a wide range of various channels, including the company's website, phone, email, live chat, and marketing materials that I only know

Should have a product knowledge of the company for cross selling and up selling

prospecting for more business.

Following up with calls to key cvustomers that will add value to the botton line of the company's profit.
