Create rapport with client, offer them a cup of coffee/tea. Show them the range of cars you have including the different colors, let them have a choice. Explain the functionalities and benefits of the car and allow them to do a test drive.
Tell them the price, whatever it is but make sure you make them feel it's value for their money. Explain to them the availability of warranty and after sales services.
Must know the needs of the customer. Must make a market surveillance to be aware of the similar cars prices. Must be honest presenting the car's specs. Must be flexible while negotiating the price. Must help the customer with the schedule of service and maintenance that the car will need after selling it.
1- make a need for your client.
2- go with wine/ wine mindset
3- use the product first to know why it's a need.
4- do not compare with other similar products, be sure that your are knowing your product advantages.
l will be an 'active listener'. will ask 'open ended questions' to know what customer wish. will try to set 'high goals' infront of the customer and will play with clients 'emotions'and will ensure customer that this is the 'best option and there is an emergency' but at the end disperse with 'gracious' atmosphere
Do not compare you car to any focus upon the quality of it and your after sale services you offer .
Be realistic of giving the price of the car you sell and also give your customers an alternative ways to pay the car you sell to them like for example if they pay it by cash then they can get discount but if they don't have enough money then you can offer them some financial assistant like bank finance which offer car loan, or any financial institutions which offer same service as long as they have the capacity to pay it with the agreed terms and conditions.
I should know the requirements of customer then according to the customer requirements i will choose one of the car from my showroom so that the customer is satisfied.If i want to increase my business then i should care of customers because if i satisfy the customers in reality then not only he will come again but he will praise to has friends as well and then they all will come to buy other cars...
