Thanks Ms. Salma.
I think you mean newly graduated engineers not engineering students .
Well I think that the work conditions in the Gulf countries are much better than in rest of the countries, such as high wages , super operation companies working in these countries, material and moral incentives in addition to the state of security and economic stability, I can add the significant growth of development and construction in these countries.
Not only because to gain financial benefits, but many time due to their poor living standards, poor law and order situations, poor infrastructure etc. in their native country.
Mainly because healthy engineering practices are being followed in Gulf Region and secondly the region is under going a rapid pace of development
First of all , Gulf countries still open doors for foreign engineers .
also the incomes are attractive .
Beside that Contracting market is very active and has a lot of opportunities .
Obviously home countries do not pay sufficiently to save money and with the dollar rising in value to many currencies every dollar saved (currencies being pegged to the dollar) increases savings and enables better life/future for the graduate as well as his family.
To find better opportunities and higher salaries but also to discover new cultures and people, get a valuable experience.
In addition, the big projects in the Gulf Region are ambitious and often involving most advanced technologies which is attractive for young graduates.
For career advancement and better oppurtunity..
mostly to get more paid, as the salaries there are much higher
Good Payment
Career Availibility
For the best opportunities and career growth
I depends on the economy of their resident country.
