I personally don't like my HR Manager, he is bullying everyone who is less than a senior employee!
Professionally, I find him not professional at this level of job; he is very strict when it comes to Juniors and lower level employees, yet has a very weak personality before managers and seniors. which I believe is neither fair nor professional at all.
