A leader is not a commanding and hated boss, he is a motivator and role divider for a team.

Effective leadership is:

• Seeking for harmony within the group
• Developing an interpersonal bond with people instead of a very cold business relationship
• Motivating the team and celebrating happy moments
• Being open so that employees can trust you and tell you a lot about the things that you don't see and hear
• Working with the right intentions: what you think, you attract
• Dividing the roles and recognizing the importance of all team members, every person should feel that they contribute effectively within the team
