I would recommend to establish an ABC costing and we would know the contribution margin, profit, and cost per channel and region.
the distributor must cover all the area he has so it is not enough to sell big quantities only
Thanks , i agree with you , but what do you think about weak sectors where we face big competitions , in the same time these sectors did not covered well by Ads and there is a big problem with availability of flyers , posters due to Marketing weakness and disabilities , so we should now pump more quantities to bridge the gap ?
Note : this case happened with me before two years , so now i am reviewing what we i did before to avoid crises in the future ..
