This depends on the country of origin. Working abroad basically, call for a enomic or monetary value. Your experience and education equates your salary, compensaton and benefits. After all, learning and experience is a continuing education tool in the process. Some peope if not all, are working abroad due to economic reasons - that is to support the family back home, support means the basic needs of the famiy, which is food, shelter, health and education. Aside from the benefit, of learning a lot of things from other country such culture, innovation, religion etc.
