3. Resource Planning to be prepared. Required capable Manpower to be assigned to execute the various function e.g Design, Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, Onsite commissioning etc.
4. Regular Risk Review to be conducted. Mitigation plan for identified risks to be implemented.
5. Periodic progress review to be done, until completion of project.
6. Upon obtaining project completion certificate, customer satisfaction survey will be done.
