I got hired to manage project for website development which has been started already with third party, I found that the developer company leak of skills and knowledge to get job done.

The decision was difficult because of running time and deadline date. but I made my decision after met with the developer company I decide to cancel the contract with them.

Then I looked for another developer company with criteria of high skills developer with latest developing technology, I found a good company and did signed contract with specific requirements.

The result was optimal. the website portal was fast and easy to navigate and useful with cutting-edge technology.

In my previous job/role, I approached directly those people with whom I have a conflict or disagreement on our company's SOPs.

At that stage, I found time confrontation or problem solving is the best way to resolve an issue. This does not mean that I have to fight with them. Just tried my best to understand their point of view and put my points forth. Sometimes agreeing to disagree and moving forward is a better and faster way.

I conducted myself at that time in a professional manner, even when it is not reciprocated. I act professionally, ethically, respectfully at all times and follow the appropriate protocol at all times.

There might be many difficult decision which differs from the individual managers point of view. In construction field from experience the most difficult decision will be when project began to sink with minimal time left and the fear of late execution fine, the decision of P.M is whether to applyx7 work schedule or add more manpower remains a question in his head. If the P.M takes an early action things might go positive. Second scenario if the Main contractor uses secondary sub-contractor along with his work force, and all of a sudden imagine due to financial crisis or lack of quality the sub-contractor leaves his job or removed by force what shall be the strategy of Main contractor P.M ? whether he shall arrange a separate work force monitored and operate by his team members or arrange a different sub-contractor in no time. These are just two examples from experience point of view.
