THE BEST WAY IS TO IMAGINE YOURSELF BEING A STUDENT (FOR TEACHER) WHICH INCLUDES THEIR INTERESTS, HOBBIES, NEW TECHNOLOGIES AND TRENDS. THIS WAY TEACHER CAN UNDERSTAND THE NEEDS AND POSSIBLE WAYS OF MOTIVATION AND USE IT IN HIS / HER TEACHING PRACTICE. IN OTHER WORDS - LEAVE OLD SCHOOL METHODS AND APPROACHES, DISCOVER NEW THINGS WITH YOUR STUDENTS AND IT WILL EASEN YOUR JOB AND STUDENTS WILL BE MORE MOTIVATED TO WORK WITH A TEACHER WHO IS CREATIVE.
