1) Java provides in different ways -using servlet we can create report using CsvReader and CsvWriter and also you can use any external ApI and send MIMe type in pdf or excel and back end will generated the reprots on your request and send a email

2) Using Aws services where we write the file in s3 and can download from there or can be emaild as well

First, we have a lot of reporting tools. but i prefer using crystal reports and i have experience working with it.

There are many ways to use reporting in your web applications but I personally in the field of software engineer prefer Crystal Report and Telerik Reporting Tools. which make the web application reporting very efficient and looking good.
