Arabian countries or Arabian organizations depending on directors and mangers to steer strategies while they really need to explore the younger minds who have passion, enthusiasm, perseverance and ambitious. We need to learn how to give youth more place to work, to be more involved and responsible. We need to learn how to make benefit from their ideas or in other words their dreams.
Creativity is not exclusive on elder people. Progress is all about new ideas and taking chances on them.
