Oracle Slowly removing Oracle Forms .Because  fusion works run on middle ware and Meta data playes here crucial role .Application or webpages which will run on xml is much faster than Oracle Forms.

I don't think it's going away. It's not widely adopted. It's adoption is limited to companies that are completely on Oracle stack. People who are using open source stacks tend to prefer Spring nowdays. However, Spring doesn't support drag and drop development like ADF does.
