Learners should have a realistic sense when aiming to develop and learning languages online. A one month period wouldn't be adequate for acquiring long lasting skills. E-learning is a very useful method when it comes to language learning as you have all types of learning outlets available. It is recommended that learners register themselves in online learning forums for the targeted language as well as using educational social networking websites such as livemocha.com where they get to meet native speakers from across the world and practice the targeted language. It is also recommended that learners view online music videos and documentaries in addition to watching movies in the targeted language using lyrics and subtitles which may develop learners' fluency. Finally, they can always read news and journals on any topic they may be interested in.
it's nearly impossible to learn a language which u can speak and write and read within just one month if u were able to do that ur a superhuman being :)
I think it is not possible for a human being to learn a language in one month.
Look at a baby who starts speaking his mother tongue. How much time does he take to master the language. Certainly, it is more than one month. The baby is the fastest learner of his mother tongue because language becomes his need.
If you really want to learn a second language then you should live with the people whose mother tongue is the target language.
If one is not an Arab and starts living among Arabs, he will learn Arabic the fastest. A word of caution - he will speak the same dialect as his companions do.
My humble suggestion to you is to learn the language on a continuous basis. Take my example - I have been teaching English for years but still I am learning new words, usages, etc. Language learning is a life long process.
It depends on the language, there are huge differences in language difficulties, you can't learn Hungarian as fast as you can learn English......but in1 month you can't really learn anything in any language. I give it a minimum of3 months with constant effort, a minimum of4 hours of learning/day and maybe, just maybe you might get the hang of the absolute basics, the first layer of the language. For proper grammar and pronunciation it can take from anywhere of1 year up to5 years of intensive learning.
I agree with Ahmad. Learning a language in one month only is just a pie in the sky.
Learning languages online within one month either online or on face to face basis is not possible. It takes at least a year for one to learn any language.
A LANGUAGE?!
I guess learning languages online in a month is far more than imaginary.
Anyway, online learning is theoretically and practically possible. The portion you get or the level you get to depends on your level and your speed as a learner.
Hi,
Easy come, easy Go !!! ; you can not lear everything about the language in one month, but you can improve you'r selfe true online websites, start with getting vocabulary and put theme in some useful sentences to memorise theme, also you can start reading some grammar rules ..and step by step you can improve you'r selfe .
It depends on the purpose of learning the language itself . language is comprised of grammar , vocabularies , idioms and it needs skilled to get the fluency " listening , speaking , writing and reading "
hence when we talk about one month or less it would be good to have overall idea about any language but it is not enough to reach the fluency and to improve the mentioned skills in a proper way
