Hi Nagarjuna, a resume should always be written in the first person. Though excessive use of "i" , 'me' , 'my' is a certain no-no...yet even by omitting those words the writing of the CV is in first person. For eg. one may write 'service air conditioners' , and not 'services air conditioners'. When you say 'service A/Cs, it has an 'I' hidden, which may not necessarily be written again and again.

Write in such a way which can describe you and your abilities in a very clear way so that others can guess that you are the person whom they are searching.

Do not write what you are not.
