If an employee is satisfied in his/her work in a company he/she can create positive vibes to his/her customer. Having satisfied in our work can trigger us to do our best to help our company rise its profit. Before anything else a company must first satisfy their employee for them to satisfy their customers. Without a good employee there's no customers who will continue patronage the company.
