Dear Jeevanraj,
Network marketing is one of the hottest retail industries out there. It functions on the idea that you sell products to people who in turn sell to other people who sell to other people . . . and so on.
A business model in which a distributor network is needed to build the business.
In multilevel or network marketing, individuals sell products to the public — often by word of mouth and direct sales. Typically, distributors earn commissions, not only for their own sales, but also for sales made by the people they recruit. Not all multilevel marketing plans are legitimate. If the money you make is based on your sales to the public, it may be a legitimate multilevel marketing plan.
If the money you make is based on the number of people you recruit and your sales to them, it’s not. It's a pyramid scheme. Pyramid schemes are illegal, and the vast majority of participants lose money.

The "Network Marketing", also known as "Multi-Level Marketing" or "Net Marketing", it´s a business model that actually works extremely well today, especially at the www.
In fact, "Network Marketing" is used by virtually all of us who use affiliate programs, statements from other users for certain platforms, and so on.
It´s a concept that is based on the indication of people through a Marketing funnel that works by recommendation.
A very simple example, you find a group of friends in some place and they are talking about clothes online shops. For any coincidence you know a friend, or you had lately access to a clothes e-commerce site, so you suggest them to use because you had a good purchase experience with more advantages associated (I think in any business our personal recommendation/experience is priceless).
