It is a responsibility of a manager to be with his team. When the situation is tough manager should make sure that he retains working strength. He should also enable his team by providing enough confidence so that they don't feel unsecured.

Many a times it is seen when the team feels unsecured even though nothing is going to happens productivity goes low. Hence as a manager we have to motivate people and guide them so that they can perform better and you can over difficult situation by more productivity.

As Manager I have always believed that it is very important to give responsibilities to all my subordinates; and let them be autonomous performing their tasks. In my opinion this way of leading makes them more committed with the achievement of the objectives and feel more confidence on keeping their jobs
