I have one dell laptop board not coming up when you on it.i change the ram & processor still not coming up but without ram & processor the board is coming up please update me what to do thanks?

You may check if the Board is compatible with the Ram and Processor you are trying to put together. It should have a compatibility issue as it is getting ON by itself.
