Besides having english courses which include grammar, vocabulary and tenses, you have to know how to write administrative letters and emails, because they are totaly deffrent of writing a short paragraph or a narating a story, there are some rules and specific expressions you have to follow. Check how write emails and reports.

First of all , you need to know the grammar of English language. Then the grammar of Arabic language.
I advise you to read the trainee book of Talal abu Gazalah center. It is professional , it allows you to see the problems in translation process . Also subscribe in Translation City in Facebook . It is full of book for translation . Then you must possess wide range of words in Arabic language.
