Dubai has the most disposable income and the highest demand for business and leisure travel, therefore, that is the most logical answer.

I think, Malta should be one of the options to open a travel agency in.

It has a great touristic potential as it has a very developed infrastructure and modern accommodation facilities. A couple of years back, Malta was voted as the country with the most beautiful islands in the world which is a strong reason for foreign investors to start opening travel agencies in the country.

Turkey can be the second option.

The best thing about Turkey is, it is located on two continents and throughout its history, it has managed to get the best out of both worlds. Because of its strategic position between Europe and Asia, Turkey offers many advantages to business owners who want to open international businesses.

A travel agency in Turkey is an excellent option for investment because the country has much to offer to tourists.

This greatly depends on two main issues: (1) what your target market is; and (2) what your product/service is/are!

It's difficult to give a generalized answer as there are numerous factors to consider and how one would qualify "best".

Touristic activity continues to grow, both in traditional countries (Europe, USA and Japan) or emerging ones.

China comes first, followed by Russia (despite the economic crisis) and Brazil.

I think that the most promising markets are china and Brazil.

Until now the Chinese prefer the nearby destinations, how to convince them to go further?.

Brazilians are passionate about culture, Egypt can be attractive destination.

will it's depends on what is your main clients will be and you will open a branch or franchise

if it's your own branch and a new name you will have to consider aroundk us dollars for the IATA license to get a deal with a travel system

for a franchise you will have to make a deal with an already working travel agency and it will be a cut or monthly fixed payment

and each of the above has it's own pros and cons

after that if you can handle credit account you will deal with corporates and you have to study a region or a city that is a fast growing economy business and the best is to target city's that have a big industrial area's

if you are going to work with cash clients you have to seek a high wealth city

and also each of the above has a pros and cons

one of the major cons with cash clients is they are getting smarter and they are manage their booking through on-line website's.

yet choosing the city isn't enough you have to choose the street and district depends on your targeted clients hope that helped
