Lynda's design section seems to be pretty comprehensive and well structuredhttp://www.lynda.com/Design-trai...It appears to cover a lot of the basics and theory and not just software skills
www.all-free-download.com
this web is fine
W3schools worked for me when I was still starting out with the basics of html and css, and it still does whenever I need to figure things out right away. Html5doctor is another excellent source that I often read. I can't really recommend any full course online because I took mine traditionally in school, but I heard a lot of good things about www.lynda.com, I think it's worth a try. Good luck!
YOUTUBE i suggest this because you will find different levels and different ways you can find easy
I will ask you this first, what do you want to become? there are two side of being a graphic designer. the technical side and the artistic side. If you want to be artistic then i suggest be your own teacher. Grab some design layout and try to redesign it with the same elements of the existing design, do this if you got free time and you will become a good artist.
Then if you want to become the operator(technical side) then get an online courses, which will teach you how to operate the software. :)
