The most valuable resource of the company is the "Value" itself on which the company started and exists. Many a time, we see companies facing problems since the founder is no more. It is because the culture of the company is decided based on the values on which the company is based. Without cultural directions, companies can go wrong in recruitment, in dealing with customers and society in general.

Usually the most valuable resource is its patents, if it has any.

Second (or first) is the company's reputation: nobody will buy anything from a company known to be crooked or who sells unsafe products.

Third might be something to do with its products or production process, depending on the business.   In some cases, for example, the company's competitive advantage might lie in its supply chain.

I'm not sure where the assets and human resources would come.   Quite low down since both are fairly replaceable.

The most valuable resource of the company is the experience of its staff who work with the company.

The company won't realize this fact unless the employee leaves the organization.

If a person works for+ years in a company and he leaves due to any reason, he takes away the experience as well with him which for a newly hired person may not have and company has to start training / investing on him from the root.

The most valuable resource of a company is its employees. Without the knowledge and skills a company cannot exist or perform its functions. That is why investment in employees is advisable in terms of training and staff retaining policies. It is well known that comanies with a high staff turnover performs badly in their functions due to lack of knowledge or motivation.

whether you are dealing with product/services the mot important resources would be human resource.

It would consist of both skilled as unskilled employes/labor. They would require to run the show.

Second would be finance. Without finance it would be impossible to run business.
