Three phase motor can be reversed by interchanging either of the three power supply leads, the most commonly used is by interchanging the L1 and L3. It can be done using forward-reverse motor control circuit.
The 3 phase motor can simply be reverse its rotation by interchanging either of its 2 line power supply.
