well it acually depends on which you target to take your career. If you are more in designing field better go for some electrical autoCAD design from any cadd centre or go you could go and attain some power grid short courses from power plants.and also if you want to get into control/automation you can get the training on plcs dcs scada or rtus from siemens or honeywell or yokogaw or emerson. BTW google could be your best friend for deciding which to go with.
I think you should go for MEP courses, mainly electrical designing and fire alaram system design which deals with construction area. It have good scope everywhere.
I would say, "Power System Protection" ! It's a very interesting and critical subject. If you excel at this, you have many job opportunities waiting for your in countries like, Saudi Arabia, UAE.
Power system. it s good subject, in this you can learn about generation, transmission and distribution of electrical power.. its very interesting subject.
