Team training is very important figure inside the organization and very important thing to boost team skills , what would you prefer if you are a decision maker in this field , external or internal , take in consideration that you have enough skills and high trained specialties inside your organization .
if the company have internal training specialist good at the subject well and good or else better go for external training
Because internal training will save the cost to the company
As long as the organization has enough skilled and trained specialties then it is best to bring the best out the team and emphasize their potentials. It is also an advantage in cutting costs. Yet, some training is crucial to the overall performance of the team and, if must, outsourcing it can bring an overall benefit for the organization on both short and long term results.
Also, always train the trainer. this way costs can be maintained within the budget and performance can be effectively and efficiently developing.
i prefer both internal and external training as its important for team player and leader
It all depending upon the need however if specialty is available -house then no need to go out otherwise external.

It doesn't matter where the location would be as long as given the chance to learn and enhance our knowledge. Fortunate are those who are being given the chance to be trained at company's expense. With the current situation in Qatar wherein most of the companies are optimizing cost, employees being given the chance to go for training are indeed privileged.
