Pharmacy performance can be measured as follows:

1- By the quality of medicine they are producing and the number of complains for the medicine used by patents.

2-  The degree they are adhered to the standardization process used by high class of pharmaceutical companies.

3- By the innovation and the continuous improvement in their products (new products)

4- By the profitability and expansion they are achieving annually.
