Yes But If both Debit And credit balance are wrong with same amount.

Yes. For instance, if you fail to record one entry, your trail balance will not show it. Even it balances it wrong

It depends, if the entry is posted for a transaction at a wrong but same amount in Debit and Credit, the trial balance will always be balanced.

Trial balance will only be imbalance in case entry is recorded at different amounts on debit and credit side.
